I’ve had blood donations before. I’m also an organ donor and a Red Cross active volunteer. Now, there’s one thing that I’m considering, egg donation. Based from my own research experience, it is highly a rewarding process. Imagine helping someone with the greatest gift of life and at the same time earning some money too. I’m twenty five, non smoker, physically fit and attractive. I wonder if someone would be of high interest with my eggs. I think it’s hard to become a parent and not capable of producing eggs is even harder.

So I checked the website on how to become one of their egg donors. I was provided with a donor application form that took me quite a while to finish. There were questions regarding my ethnicity, weight, height, eye color, hair color etc. Some were like number of sexual partners you had, pap smear experience, surgery, drugs and even piercings. The criteria were really strict; I think it’s given for health reasons. I have submitted my application along with a photo and I’m just looking forward for the response. I can’t explain but there’s the same feeling of euphoria that I got like in helping Red Cross. I think it’s just me and my passion for helping other people.
